High End Residential Property/Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a High End Residential Property/Maintenance Manager who handles the support of client properties and projects while adhering to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. In this role you will maintain and enhance client relationships through the delivery of concierge-level service and proactive maintenance to the needs of our customers’ homes in the Boston Metro area. This position has an additional focus on creating new business opportunities through the promotion of Woodmeister’s high-end services.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers regularly to maintain a relationship and understanding of their property, home projects, and lifestyle-management needs.
  • Respond to all customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage service contracts, project proposals, and change requests.
  • Perform walkthroughs of service contract properties and provide regular reports on maintenance recommendations.
  • Review reports with clients and develop a timetable to address any flagged concerns.
  • Forecast service contracts and assigned projects each month to determine adherence to budget and schedule expectations.
  • Secure properties before and after inclement weather.
  • Maintain and schedule seasonal service on all mechanical systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, irrigation, pool, etc.).
  • Work with other Woodmeister team members and hire subcontractors to perform required work and evaluate the quality of the completed work to maintain Woodmeister’s standard of excellence.
  • Purchase all property and project materials required.
  • Be responsible for the timely issuance of invoices and property/project reports.
  • Ensure job performance meets Woodmeister quality standards and local codes.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of residential construction experience is required.
  • Must have valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Knowledge of state and local regulations related to residential maintenance and construction activities and exposure to residential mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Experience working in a customer service industry a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills to and the ability to connect effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
